A polynomial model and multi-objective optimization based travel curve planning method for direct motor drive actuators

چکیده
The direct-drive actuator of permanent magnet synchronous motor is an innovative application servo technology in the field high-voltage circuit breaker, which can drive movable contact switch to complete breaking and closing operation according optimal path. At present, travel curve cannot match mechanism system characteristics effectively, there no systematic planning method. To address actuator, a method based on polynomial model multi-objective optimization proposed. Firstly, kinematic kinetic models loads are established, then used generate clusters, finally, algorithm constructed breaker indexes, weights optimized by combining with particle swarm algorithm, best selected. Simulation experimental studies show that achieve stable reliable operating mechanism, 11.2% energy consumption compared existing methods, improve overall power density system, further reduce running time extend service life dynamic contacts during continuous operation.
